Dr. Tadikamalla is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and earned his Bachelor of Arts in chemistry, graduating Magna cum Laude in 1998.  He went on to earn his medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in 2002 and completed his residency in internal Medicine at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University School of Medicine.  He completed his fellowship in cardiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Cneter in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in June 2008.

Dr. Tadikamalla will practice in the Inova Heart and Vascular Institute at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Inova Mount Vernon Hospital and Inova Alexandria Hospital.  He will also practice at Potomac Hospital.

Dr. Tadikamalla has a special interest in preventative cardiology, including management of lipids and other cardiac risk factors.
